Organization

The event is organized under the aegis of the Italian Sports Sports Centers (ACSI) and of the Italian Cycling Federation (FCI - Federciclismo Sicilia) by the ASD GS Mediterranean Pro. This event will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the implementing rules issued for the year 2025 by the National Technical Sector of Cycling and the FCI National Technical Sector.

Location

Piano Battaglia is located a few kilometers from Palermo, in the heart of the Madonie Park (Geoparco Unesco since 2015), at 1570 m.s.l.m.: A place of rare beauty and wonder immersed in nature and silence in which the fallow and foxes are the protagonists of unexpected surprises.

It is a mountain location that can be used 365 days a year, where you can also find welcome thanks to the presence of the Giuliano Marini refuge, a garrison of the CAI hospitality.

Starting from Piano Battaglia you can take walking, excursions, trekking and cycle tourism between unique landscapes that keep tradition, authenticity, architectures, hidden treasures and countless gastronomic delights.
